Kelley McKenzieShareholder Emeritus

Kelley graduated from Southwest Missouri State College in 1967 and 1972 with majors in accounting, mathematics and physics. He joined the national firm of Fox & Company in 1971 and was a tax manager in their Springfield office until leaving in June 1978 to establish RMMC.

Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Greene County Estate Planning Council.

Joseph S. GreeneShareholder

Joe received his Bachelor’s degree from Missouri State University in 1983, his Master’s from Drury College in 1992, and the AICPA Certificate of Educational Achievement in Tax Planning and Advising For Closely Held Businesses in 1997. He became a partner in RMMC as a result of a 1990 merger with Feyh, Brown and Greene. Joe specializes in small to medium sized business in the construction and hospitality industries.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, Springfield Contractors Association and the Greater Ozarks Building Systems Association.

Timothy K. MayShareholder

Upon graduation from Drury College in 1982, Tim joined the firm of Carter, Mitchum and Company. He practiced with that firm until joining RMMC in 1985, specializing in accounting, taxation and trucking industry issues. In January 1991, he was made a partner in the Firm.

His professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Patrice A. MooreShareholder

Patti received her bachelor and master’s degrees from the University of Michigan in 1981 and 1983 and completed the AICPA National Tax Education Program in 1996. She joined RMMC in 1988 after coming to Southwest Missouri in 1986, specializing in accounting and bookkeeping, small business and computer consulting, and in all forms of taxation and estate planning. Prior experiences include hospital administration, public advocacy and in working in a large non-profit organization.

Patti is a past president of the Greene County Estate Planning Council and has been a member and officer of numerous community boards. Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Greene County Estate Planning Council. Patti is also a QuickBooks Certified Professional Advisor and is a past member of the Springfield Rotary Club.

Patti is a recipient of the 2000 MSCPA Public Service Award and was named one of Springfield Business Journal’s Influential Women in Business for 2002. In addition to being a CPA, Patti was certified as a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) in 2014.

Robert W. RebmannShareholder

Upon graduation with his bachelor’s degree from Southwest Missouri State University in 1992, Rob joined RMMC as a staff accountant. He was promoted to manager in the firm in 2000, and was made partner in the firm in January 2005. He is licensed as a CPA in Missouri specializing in small business, non-profit and governmental accounting and auditing. He received his Master’s in Business Administration from Southwest Missouri State University in 2003.

Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Tammy J. YoungShareholder

Tammy received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business with a concentration in Accounting from Wayne State in 1994. She brings nine years of private accounting experience to the firm, as she was the Controller of a large grocery wholesale distributor across sixteen states, serving her clients with this unique combination of experience. She specializes in individual, business, and trust/estate taxation, as well as controller/CFO outsourcing for small to medium sized businesses.

Tammy has been involved in several civic organizations in the past, including a board member and volunteer for the Red Cross, United Way, The Summit Preparatory School, and The Girls Scouts of the Missouri Heartland, as well as a volunteer for Relay for Life and Breast Cancer Foundations of the Ozarks. Currently she is the chairman of the the Springfield Chamber of Commerce Small Business Counsel, board member and volunteer for Don’t Meth with Us, board member of the Greene County Estate Planning Council (GCEPC), Leadership Springfield Class 29 alumni, and is an adviser for the Leadership Springfield Academy – Business section. Professional affiliations includes member of the GCEPC, Rotarian with Southeast Rotary of Springfield, American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants, .

Jeff KeelingShareholder

Jeff joined RMMC on a part-time basis while attending Drury College in Springfield, Missouri. Upon graduating with his bachelor’s degree in 1993, Jeff became a full-time staff auditor. He was promoted to manager in January of 2005, and became a partner in the firm in January of 2018. He specializes in small business, governmental, and not-for-profit audit and tax, and also prepares business and individual taxes.

Professional affiliations include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. Jeff is active in his rural school district, coaching basketball, baseball, and football teams at the youth level.
